SERVICIOS MÉDICOS DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V., with address at Av. Prol. Ramón Rivera Lara 8950 Ground Floor, Col. Partido Senecú, C.P. 32540, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and Guidelines.

For what purposes will we use your personal data?

The personal data collected by SERVICIOS MÉDICOS DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V., will be used for the following purposes that are necessary for the scope of the activities of the medical-consular consultation, taking urine and blood samples, taking radiological plates, psychological consultation and all those that are part of compliance with the medical-consular obligations, compliance with the operational, administrative and/or medical consultation processes, integration of clinical files or histories or those data that the law or the Consular procedures of the Department of State and the Department of National Security of the United States of America forces to collect. What personal data will we use for these purposes?

  • Identification data: full name, handwritten signature, age, sex, address, marital status, birth certificate, vaccination record, relationship form, official identification (INE number, IFE, driving license), affiliation number to the Mexican Social Security Institute , copy of credential, Place and date of birth, nationality, zip code, occupation of relatives or dependents, name of the father, name of the mother, name of the children, name of the husband (a) or common-law partner (a) , personal references, unique population registry key (CURP), federal taxpayer registry (RFC).

In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes of academic, administrative and/or operational processes, we will use the following data considered sensitive, which require special protection, such as:

  • Health data: Medical history, health information, diseases, toxicological study study results, clinical analysis results, sputum tests, temperature record, COVID questionnaire, photographs, x-rays, toxicological examinations and any other data obtained or provided derived from the service provided by SMF, current, past or future mental health status, genetic information only if required, sexual practices that are important and exclusively related to your condition and mental and family health history.
  • Data of ethnic or racial origin: belonging to a town, ethnic group or region.
  • Biometric data: if required and with prior authorization, anthropometry (weight and height), surgical scars, blood type, present, past or future physical health status, temperature record.
  • Video surveillance data: Images and audio captured by video surveillance cameras that will be used for your security and that of the people who visit SMF and the people who have access to the SMF facilities.

Who do we share your personal information with and for what purposes?

The delivery of Personal Data will be free of charge, and the Owner must cover only the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. However, if the Owner reiterates his request in a period of less than twelve months, the costs will not be greater than three days of the General Minimum Wage in force in the Federal District unless there are substantial modifications to the privacy notice that motivate new consultations.
